On March 1, 2021, the Firm successfully defended the Firm’s clients from a motion for summary judgment brought by a former employee of the Firm’s clients. The Firm’s clients, who are involved in the network marketing industry, argued that the former employee had failed to prove that he ever performed under the terms of his employment agreement. Following the denial of the employee’s motion for summary judgment, the case was subsequently resolved. The representation of the Firm’s client was led by Shareholders Matthew K. Davis and R.
