Cathy is an Of Counsel attorney with the Firm. She comes to Jones, Davis & Jackson from an in-house legal role within a large publicly traded company. Her primary practice areas include intellectual property, general business, corporate law, securities transactions and non-profit organizations.
Previously, Cathy worked for one of the largest professional services organizations in the United States where she managed large complex litigation matters and teams and gained over 10 years of experience in consulting and project management in the government space.
Cathy received her undergraduate degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa where she graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance in 1998. She received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2002 where she served as a member of The Tax Lawyer.
