Jones, Davis & Jackson, PC Secures Favorable Ruling In Breach Of Contract Case In Texas State District Court.

On October 8, 2021, the 345th District Court in Travis County granted summary judgment in favor of the Firm’s client, involved in the factoring industry. Judgment in favor of the Firm’s client and against a corporation and two individuals was granted for a significant balance owed to the Firm’s factoring client. The representation of the Firm’s client was led by Shareholder Matthew K. Davis and Senior Of-Counsel, Wendy Dawer.
