David graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1995. He received his law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 1999.
His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, civil litigation, appellate law, construction law, business torts, gun law, anti-piracy communications law, business collections, and post-judgment collection.
