On September 15, 2022, Jones, Davis & Jackson, PC represented a Texas based entrepreneur in his acquisition of an equity ownership interest in multiple real estate property holding companies located in the state of Minnesota. The scope of the Firm’s representation in connection with this $784,000.00 transaction included the negotiation and modification of the various acquisition and loan documentation for this transaction as well as the administration of the closing.
