Jones, Davis & Jackson, PC represented a subsidiary entity of its client in the recent sale of a nationally branded automobile dealership in Las Vegas, Nevada. The scope of the Firm’s representation in connection with this $30 Million transaction included the negotiation and drafting of the documentation for this transaction as well as the administration of the closing in Las Vegas. The representation of the client was led by JDJ Attorney G. Michael Jackson.
