Jones, Davis & Jackson, PC Successfully Closes Purchase Transaction Of A Houston Based Airline Charter Service Company.

Jones, Davis & Jackson, PC represented the shareholders of Capital Jet, Inc. in the sale of their entire stake in the company, a regional airline charter service. The scope of the Firm’s representation included the negotiation and drafting of the transaction documents, restructure of existing debt and the resolution of various FAA matters. The representation was led by JDJ attorneys Thomas Carroll and Wendy Dawer.
