Matt is a Partner and the head of the Firm’s litigation practice.  His practice is exclusively devoted to matters involving general civil and commercial litigation where he has first chair jury and bench trial experience in State and Federal court.  Mr. Davis received his undergraduate degree as a Distinguished Military Graduate, Texas A & M University in 1986.  He received his law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1989 where he was the Leading Articles Editor, The International Lawyer, 1988-1989.

PRACTICE EXPERIENCE:

Matt’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, construction law, and general commercial litigation.

Matt’s clients include national creditors and equipment leasing companies, local homebuilders and commercial contractors, and numerous entities engaged in various businesses throughout the State of Texas
